Recipe for Locking Panties (to be used on a male)

I've never tried this, but the idea just came to me when I was on a long drive yesterday.

The idea is to make a pair of special panties that can be locked onto a male in a unique way. If anyone decides to make these, let me know how it goes.

First, have the subject put on the panties, and then measure exactly where the balls are.

Remove the panties, and cut a circular hole just big enough for the balls to fit through in that exact spot.

Sew a circular tube around that circular hole, preferably with a matching or at least complimentary fabric to the panties. When I say tube, think of the thing you draw the string through on a hoodie.

Get a small chain and thread it through the tube.

Have the subject put the panties on, and pull their balls through the hole.

Pull the chain in the tube tight so that it is firmly encircling the scrotum at the base, and then using a very small paddle lock, secure the chain.

It will be necessary to pull the chain to a small enough diameter that the size is not sufficient for the testicles to slip back through.

In theory now, not only should these panties be locked in place by the subs balls, but their testicles will be locked outside the panties on display for your use and abuse.

Obviously this is not inescapable. Such a small chain could easily be snipped with a pair of wire cutters, but so long as the wearer doesn't have access to any tools, this should be fairly difficult to escape.
